When will my order arrive?
Once you have placed you order your order will be handmade and shipped within within 3-5 working days (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays
Standard Shipping Times after Dispatch:
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 Working Days
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Almost all of the time your order will arrive within the Shipping times given, however unfortunately sometimes orders can get delayed or lost in the post.
If you are in the UK and your order hasn't arrived in the specified timescale, please allow 10 working days then please get in touch we can the investigate this right away.
We do find on a few occasions items have gone to the Royal Mail sorting office and the postman has not left a card informing you of this (we have contacted Royal Mail regarding this). If possible a trip to the sorting office may reveal your item is already there and waiting for you.
Product Colours
Please be aware that the Colour option you choose may vary slightly in real life to what you see on your screen. All images are colour corrected to give you the truest colour viewing. However with so many different devices to view images on these days with varying quality and colour contrasts it can vary slightly.
My order has Arrived damaged what do i do?
On rare occasions orders can arrived damaged normally due to miss treatment along the way. Which is such a shame but do not panic, just pop us a message and an image of your broken item so we can show Royal Mail and we will have a new one shipped to you right away.
