What an awesome experience, working with Kiandra on this bag. She completely embodies the Etsy experience, in my mind. She helped me conceptualize what kind of bag would be most useful to me, and in true craftsman spirit, made sure of all my measurements. The bag is beautifully constructed and I *love* the color. Last, when my package arrived, it was wrapped in a softly textured linen bag with a professional invoice, a care sheet, and thank-you card, all wrapped in grosgrain ribbon. To top it all off, she included a perfect little lavender sachet (my favorite!) to toss into the bag. Opening the package was a sensory delight. Thank you, Kiandra!
