Hi, I'm Suzy. I'm the girl behind quiltedhappiness. I am new to selling online, so if there is anything you would like to know about my items, then please contact me and I promise to answer you in the best way I can. if I don't know how to do something, then I promise you that I will find out. Also, any advice will be gratefully received.

Payment
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase.
I only accept Paypal, as I find it the fastest, most convenient and safest form of payment.
If payment is not completed and I have not heard from you after 24hrs, i will consider it a cancelled transaction.
Shipping
I generally ship via Royal Mail and will make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly. Your purchase will be shipped 1-3 days from cleared payment to the address in your Etsy account.
If you would like your purchase sent to another address you can do so by adding an alternative address to your Paypal account.
Your purchase will be marked as shipped the day it is taken to the post office. I will notify you by convo when this is done.
If you would like a different carrier, please let me know at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
My aim is for you to be delighted with your purchase, but please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if you have a problem. Please return the item unused within 7 days and I will fully refund you once I have received it back. Items need to be unused, undamaged and in the original condition.
