I've read through this pattern, but I have not made the bag yet, so it's a bit difficult to rate it. But it looks like a good pattern and there are a lot of photos, so that's good.

I absolutely loved making this purse. The pattern instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I already started cutting fabric for my next purse. End product was above my expectations. I took my time and to make sure I followed the instructions as written.

I had a little trouble on a few parts. there were a few pieces that it had me cut out that I didn't need so that was confusing and for the inside pieced it said to cut exterior fabric instead of the interior fabric so that threw me off, but my purse turned out great and I will be making more! I do wish there was a video for it though. I used faux leather instead of cork.

Couple things in the instructions a bit confusing, but if you are not a beginner, you can figure it out. I made both sides with zippers. I like the option of securing items with zippers. You do not need to cut two strips 44"for the straps, as at the end the author of the pattern states she makes her straps a total of 56". You can cut one that long if you have the length of material or two straps of 28" each and sew together. I just LOVE how it turned out!

I have not sewn up a purse yet up the pattern looks clear and it was easy to download. It is what I was looking for.
