Shipping
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed, produced and shipped. I live in a rural area and can only ship USPS. I make everything in my home or retail store and have it in stock before I list, however, there may be a time where we sell it both online and in the store - in this case I will use the maximum of 10 business days to produce & mail your product. Custom listing may take from a week (taggies blanket) to 90 days (baby bedding). Custom Embroidery can take up to 3 business days extra to complete. Custom ordered crochet items take up to a week production time (Delivered to my retail store on Fridays).
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is ever a situation where it is impossible to complete I will message you promptly and you will recieve a full refund within 3 business days.
Additional policies and FAQs
Because the items are handmade there may be minor imperfections. I believe they add character and make each piece unique. Humans are imperfect and can only reproduce close copies of the original items. I take pictures of my first runs only and believe my work improves with every item.
