Returns and exchanges
We are confident you will love our accessories and that they will look just as the photos and description shown.

But to hope for the best and prepare for the worst, your happiness is our first priority. If you are unsatisfied with our product, we will try to find a solution, we will do exchange or at last resort would be a refund of the product in its original condition returned to us within 1 week from the arrival date, but we are sorry at this point we do not refund return postage fees.

We treasure our customers so if problems occur, our first move will be communication and then resolution! :^) If your experience is positive, please let us know by a positive feedback!

* Hong Kong, Macau & China - Local mailing service
* Everywhere else - Hong Kong Post air mailing service
(Hong Kong Post provides registered mail service for an extra cost of HKD$15/USD$2 which provides each mail a tracking number to let you keep track on where your mail is heading, whether is it still in customs etc... Please note tracking is available to major cities/countries only.)

Please let me know if you want your package insured or registered before your purchase and I'll send you another invoice after calculating the corresponding shipping fee!

Please understand that we cannot be responsible once your item leaves our hands, so we strongly recommend you use the registered mail service if your item is expensive. (ALWAYS GOOD TO BE SAFE RIGHT!!)


* Items are shipped within a week (Mon to Fri)/asap from the date we receive your payment.
* We will send you a convo confirmation once your item is shipped.
* International orders may take up to 2+ weeks for your item to arrive. (Or it may just take less than 2 weeks sometimes! :D)
* Local orders will generally arrive within 1 week.
