Returns and exchanges
If the print doesn't arrive within a month from the purchase date, please contact me. Otherwise all sales are final and are not refundable.
We're cool with PayPal and Direct Checkout.
All orders are mailed within 1 to 3 working days after payment has cleared. In most cases the prints make it to the post office within 24 hours.

I use USPS (a.k.a. snail mail), hence the price. However long it takes for them to get it to you, that's how soon you'll get your order.

We don't provide tracking of orders. If you don't get it within a week, give us a holler.

Tracking is available at an additional charge.

We pack all prints in a rigid shipping envelope, with additional stiffeners to ensure your print does not get damaged in transit. . Any further damage during transit is out of our control, but we will try to make you happy (short of packaging your order in bullet-proof steel).

Please be aware that our shipping cost does not include any other "outside" fees incurred above regular shipping (like customs charges and taxes). Those will be the buyer's responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our inks and paper are fine archival quality. Good for you if it actually lasts 100 years and you've passed it on to your great-grandchildren. But, at least you know it could last that long and remain in good shape if you wanted it to. Just remember, these prints are only paper and ink and are subject the the usual wear and damage that printed dead tree are prone to (tearing, wrinkles, dents, dirt). Take good care of your print and it will last a while.
