CAN MY ORDER BE SENT EXPRESS?

AUSTRALIA:
We offer flat-rate express post within Australia:
Order weight up to 500g - $12.00
Order weight 501g-3kg - $16.50

Please allow 1-4 working days for express delivery, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. If you live in WA, NT, FNQ or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.

We will do our best to ship your express post order the same day if it is placed by midday AEDT, though we cannot guarantee this. If you require your order next day please contact us first to make sure this is possible.

Express post upgrades are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:
Unfortunately express post is not available for international addresses.

WHAT OTHER SHIPPING UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer various shipping upgrades for Australian orders:

PRIORITY POST:
Priority shipping is available for flat orders being shipped as large letters. Priority shipping is 1-2 working days quicker than standard shipping.

REGISTERED POST:
Upgrade your large letter to include a tracking number.

INSURANCE:
Available in increments of $100 order value.

Shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:
We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to include tracking and/or insurance as we are unable to replace or refund orders that go missing in the post. Upgrade options can be selected at checkout.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

AUSTRALIA:
If your order is sent as a parcel, we will email you the tracking number. For flat orders being sent as large letters, you will need to upgrade to registered post to receive a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL:
Economy mail from Australia to international addresses does not include a tracking number. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout to include a tracking number or insurance.

A NOTE FOR ORDERS TO BRAZIL, MEXICO OR ITALY

We have noticed a high incidence of orders to these countries being extremely delayed by customs offices, often up to 3 months. Please be patient for your order to arrive, and consider upgrading your shipping to registered post if you are concerned about your parcel going missing.

All orders to Brazil are now sent with tracking or insurance due to a high number of parcels going missing. We apologise for this extra shipping charge but we want to make sure your order arrives safely!

A GENERAL NOTE ON SHIPPING RATES

Due to the way shipping costs for orders with multiple items are calculated, you may find that estimated rates differ from the actual rate of postage. Please also understand that we factor in a small amount to cover the mailing bag + protective packaging, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition! If actual shipping varies by more than $1AUD we will send you a refund for any excess shipping charged.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?

It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post, but unfortunately it can occur. We recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance or tracking to safeguard your parcel, as we are unable to replace or refund orders that go missing in the post.

If an item arrives damaged, I require photo documentation of the damage before making a decision. I am happy to resend an order or issue a refund if deemed appropriate. Please note, damaged means broken or unusable. I do not replace items that are damaged by misuse.

I HAVE A COUPON CODE FOR YOUR SHOP, HOW DO I USE IT?

If you have a coupon code please ensure it is entered during checkout, as I am unable to refund discount values after an order has been placed.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

I am happy to gift wrap any item from my shop, just let me know! If you would like to include a personal note, please let me know in the 'Message to Seller' box when checking out.

I am also happy to ship directly to a gift recipient, but please make it very clear exactly where the gift should be sent! I do not issue refunds or reship items if an order is shipped to an incorrect address.

UNFORTUNATELY GIFT WRAPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.
