Gift wrapping and packaging
I cannot gift wrap at this time, but I can include a gift message, just check "gift" and fill out the gift message at check out.
Custom and personalized orders
I can sign tarot boxes per request, however this means removing the shrink wrap. Signed decks, if personalized with more than my signature, cannot be returned. Please let me know at check out if you want your deck signed. I cannot sign decks that do not come in boxes.
Wholesale availability
I do discount or wholesale price decks for orders of ten or more, depending on availability. Please contact me before purchasing for details.
EU Shipping
Sorry, due to the new restrictive requirements required by the Packaging Act, I no longer ship to countries in the EU such as Germany. Please contact me for other purchase options.
Counterfeit Decks
This shop is run by the artist who created the decks sold here. If you unintentionally purchased a counterfeit deck from another seller (any deck with a QR code or Bar Code on the box is a counterfeit). Contact the company or person you purchased from and demand a refund since you have been sold counterfeit goods! Then destroy or dispose of the deck as you see fit (it is illegal to resell these decks). Please contact me (not Etsy) directly if you need help or want to report suspicious activity, I actively pursue illegal sellers to protect my copyright and to protect my customers from inferior counterfeit decks.
