Thanks for visiting raccooncat creations! I'm so happy you've come by. I create all my creaturely things with my own hands and with much love. I use high-quality materials, and archival inks and a giclee-quality large format printer for all my prints. Many of the fabrics I use are upcycled, and often are vintage. If you have any questions about my work please contact me by Conversation. I am also happy to consider custom items - just be in touch!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still securely pay through PayPal using your credit card.

Items ship after payment is received, and the process is much smoother if you pay for your item during the checkout process. I understand that sometimes there are delays with PayPal - if I haven't received payment I'll be in touch. I can be patient, just let me know what's going on. Communication is good!
Shipping
I can usually get an item in the mail within a day or two of receiving an order. My shipping costs include postage (and taxes) as well as packing materials. Unless otherwise requested, I ship my packages through Canada Post. Most of my packages go as "light packet" and typically arrive in US and Europe within a week. Occasionally a package must go as a parcel, and these can take a little longer. These are only estimates based on past experience. I can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date, unless you would like to upgrade the shipping method to something like ExpressPost or Priority Courier. Priority Courier will ship to many locations around the world in one day, though, honestly, it can get pricey. If you need something pronto, send me a message and I can get estimates for you.

Want to send your purchase to someone as a gift? I'm happy to gift wrap and include a note on your behalf at no extra cost. Leave a message in the Notes to Seller during the checkout process, or contact me via Conversation.

When I receive your order, I'll send you a message confirming it. I also send another message to confirm your package is in the mail and on its way.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you have any concerns please be in touch - we can work it out!
