5 av 5 stjärnorThis seller is amazing. Very helpful and goes up and over any and all expectation. Would give 6 stars if I could. Trees arrived well wrapped, healthy, and with the entire root ball and native soil intact.

5 av 5 stjärnorI was excited to receive my juniper tree, and I appreciate that two additional trees were included as a thoughtful gesture due to weather-related delays. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the main tree arrived with some damage, likely caused during packaging and shipping. While I was able to plant the juniper, it appears to be struggling. Fortunately, the two smaller trees are doing well. I would definitely consider purchasing again in the future, but I recommend improving the packaging to ensure the trees arrive in better condition.

I try very hard to make sure that each tree arrives in great condition, and I'm very sad when they are damaged in the process.
