    Returns and exchange details
    After the cancellation period (within 1 hour of purchase), no refunds will be provided. If there is a problem with the quality of your item, please contact us! A photo of your defective product will be required for our quality control files and a replacement will be sent once approved.
    Payment
    Cancellations may be made within 1 hour of purchase. Sales tax will be applied to all orders that are shipped within California.

    We are not able to change your order once it has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please request a cancellation within 1 hour so you can place your adjusted order.
    Shipping
    Verify your shipping address prior to purchase. We will not be held responsible if your items are sent to an incorrect address. Buyer will be held responsible for paying any additional fees to purchase and ship a second time.

    Domestic Orders (within the USA)
    Orders are shipped USPS First Class and come with a tracking number. USPS is responsible for updating the tracking information and they estimate delivery time within 1-3 business days. I am not responsible for mail once I have delivered it to the post office. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact your local post office for more information.

    International Orders
    Orders are shipped USPS First Class International and does not come with any tracking information. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
