I started my shop in 2008 when my college boyfriend told me I had to do something with all the yarn that was accumulating in our apartment because I just kept buying all the pretty colors and yarns.
I taught myself how to knit, mostly using a circular loom, and it went from there - selling on Etsy all over the world - then craft fairs on college campus - then to craft fairs in NYC.
I expanded into embroidery work and ballet flats because I only wear ballet flats & I wanted to keep crafting in the summer (since I take a break from knitting all summer).
I grew up in Neptune Beach, Florida - graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Apparel Design & Technology in 2009 - and moved to NYC to be a part of the fashion industry. I am a Color Analyst by day - crafter by nights & weekends.
