Hello, my name is Rachel Galbiati, I am 35 years old, married, mother of a little son, and a self-taught artist from Central Switzerland. After my education in administration, I soon rediscovered my passion for creative work. I have been painting, drawing, illustrating, and designing for 15 years now.

For years, the theme of my work has included the exploration of my own and collective femininity, the various female archetypes, their symbolism, the wild and dark aspects of being a woman, as well as her mystical and intuitive facets. Being a woman, being human, is more than the common stereotypes and characteristics. I feel it within myself and I follow my various facets and aspects, I want to accept them, see them, honor them, appreciate them.
