She is so incredibly talented, and each sign was absolutely perfect!! I will use her shop for any event that I need signs, invitations, any custom items, or even something for my home because she took my poorly scribbled ideas and quickly picked up my style and created the most beautiful signs from them. The signs all complimented each other so nicely-- they are easily my favorite detail of my wedding!

Frequently asked questions
What is the overall process for signs?
Due to the personalized nature of your order, each sign that we create is completely unique.
We hand cut each sign and stain them to order (if applicable). Our chalkboards are cut from a MDF sheet and brought to life with chalk.
All of our designs are done 100% by hand, so very slight variations from the listing are to be expected - but this is what makes your piece unique and not made by a computer!
Our designs are ever changed and improving, so always check back in for updated information and pictures.
Finally, our signs are sealed with a fixative and sent to you, but please still be careful as they could still smudge.
Can I pick between chalk and chalk marker for my sign?
You will notice that the medium I use will vary between listing (and will be mentioned in the description).
Artwork completed on chalkboard tends to read better when using traditional chalk.
Meanwhile, artwork completed on the stained plywood tends to do better with chalk marker (giving it a crisper look against the wood grain).
However, if you like the appearance of one versus the other, please contact us and we will be sure to use your preference!
Returns & Exchanges
Please be sure to confirm that the information sent along with your order is correct, any errors by the customer after the sign has been completed can't be changed. In the event of an error on the shop's end (i.e. misspelling) we will quickly correct this issue for you.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please contact the shop prior to leaving a review and let us fix it for you.
While we do our best to match the what you see in the listing, there will always be slight variations. Since these signs are custom made for you, we do not accept returns.
Shipping information for signs
Due to the oversized nature of many of our signs, we researched many ways to keep the cost low while maintaining the integrity of the sign.
Each large sign (24" by 36") is covered in bubble wrap, then sealed with shipping paper and taped. A fragile sticker is affixed to the front and back to promote careful handling from the carrier. However, accidents do happen and if your sign arrives damaged please contact us immediately to be resolved.
If you are concerned about this packaging system for your sign, please be sure to contact us and we can provide you a quote for a cardboard box instead of wrapping.
