All of my creations use high-quality materials to ensure crisp, clear images and beautiful, vivid colors. You'll find that these individually handcrafted greeting cards are a bit larger than most, giving you more space to write your message inside! Unless noted otherwise, all cards are blank inside for you to add your own personal message to the recipient.

Greeting cards and stationery come with envelopes, and are packaged in a protective plastic sleeve to protect them until they arrive. I am a nonsmoker, and my home is 100% smoke free so no worries about your cards or other paper goods arriving with nicotine stains or smelling like tobacco smoke. Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
For non-custom items, returns will be accepted only for unused merchandise received within two weeks of the original mailing date for domestic orders, and four weeks for international orders -- buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any refunds will be made via the same method that payment was originally submitted. Unfortunately due to their individualized nature, returns cannot be accepted for personalized orders. If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please let me know immediately so I can help make it right!
I currently accept payment through Paypal, a secure site that offers several convenient options so you can choose what works best for you! Using eChecks via Paypal can take up to a week to go through their system, so instant transfers or credit/debit card payments are preferred so you can receive your purchase as soon as possible! Items paid for with eChecks will not be shipped till the funds have cleared. If you are unable to pay electronically I will consider other methods on a case-by-case basis.

**If confirmation of payment is not received within 72 hours (does not apply to eCheck transactions), I will unfortunately have to assume that you no longer want the item and will cancel and relist.**

By state law, sales tax will be applied to all orders that ship to Texas addresses.
Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment, and packages will be shipped to the address given on the Paypal account used to submit payment (note: to receive discounted shipping on multiple purchases all items must be sent in a single package to the same address), so please make sure that information is correct! If the Paypal address is incorrect and as a result the package is "returned to sender" or is never delivered, the buyer will be responsible for paying repeat shipping.

I'll be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases made within a single 48-hour period. Please contact me right away if you need to combine shipping so I can recalculate the cost and refund any overages paid.

International customers are responsible for any duties or other customs fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. In the event that you have overpaid for shipping, I will refund the difference via the same method that payment was originally submitted.
Additional policies and FAQs
For large quantities or custom designs, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required, with the balance due prior to shipping. For personalized items (name frames or plaques, invitations, monogrammed items, etc.), payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Each item is made individually by hand, so please allow 2-4 weeks from the final design approval, not including transit time, for shipping of large custom orders.
