This is a hobby business for me. I spend a lot of time making these hand sewn items. I do not set out to make a huge profit or sell as many items as possible. I'm just in it for the experience of making things, sharing them, making a little money back to fund my future works. I take pride in my work and my shop. If for any reason you are disappointed in your order, please contact me. I will do whatever seems reasonable to make things well with you, such as refunding your purchase price. I know personally the disappointment of ordering something on Etsy that doesn't meet your expectations and I certainly hope that doesn't happen to my own customers. It's supposed to be fun and you should be happy with what you get.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
I accept paypal and abide by the typical etsy and paypal methods of transaction. I do not include a receipt with the package unless specifically requested. I ship to your Etsy address unless you ask otherwise.

I do not include delivery confirmation or insurance unless the order value exceeds 40 dollars. I've never had anyone not receive a package (so far, so good). If you would like any extra such as insurance or signature delivery, just ask and I will add the charge for that on somehow.
Shipping
I almost always ship orders the next business day after getting the the order. Occasionally I will ship one day after that, if I miss the post office hours or if some other situation demands my attention. I use bubble mailers for most items. I use boxes to ship pillows. I wrap items in tissue. I usually ship at the post office, using the most economical rate, which is usually first class mail, but might be parcel post or priority mail, depending on the rate options for any particular package. If you would like an upgrade in shipping in any way, such as gift wrapping, faster shipping, insurance or confirmation, please contact me and I will investigate the costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are definitely possible if you are unhappy with your item when you receive it. I am willing to refund your purchase price for your returned item. I strive to take realistic photographs of each item and list measurements so you can anticipate what you are getting. I aim for very good sewing techniques but you should be aware that hand sewn items are perfectly imperfect!
Additional policies and FAQs
I will offer a 10 percent discount on each item when a customer orders 6 or more of the same item, such as a bulk order of zippered pouches sewn from the same fabric.

Or, such as, 6 or more pouches or key fobs that are already sewn in my shop.
