Great quality item, dainty but strong, I'm sure it will stand up to a lifetime of wear. Molly was super fast to respond and work out a custom order, absolutely lovely to deal with. Very satisfied, I highly recommend this shop : )
Rackk and Ruin Jewelry
After graduating with an art degree from The University of Vermont, an ever growing collection of antique jewelry ephemera led me to start playing around with jewelry designs of my own, incorporating the pieces I'd collected over the years. . . Each design totally unique and one of a kind.
In between working on my boyfriend's organic vegetable farm, and waitressing at a local-food oriented restaurant, I progressively turned a hobby into a small business. Having never studied fine metals in school, I taught myself skills as I went along. . . Each design presenting new and exciting challenges.
Since I focus on re-using vintage materials, I am ensuring that Rackk and Ruin doesn't burden the environment.
As of yet, Rackk and Ruin is still a one-woman show. I act singly as designer, maker, photographer, and PR guru. . . all while maintaining my style/art blog Rackkandruin.blogspot.com
