The necklace I purchased is stunning. Exactly what I expected to receive. Shipping was quite quick as well. Would definitely purchase from this seller again!

About

Creativity is freedom, and we have to be free

My name is Lisa Kraushaar. I make jewelry, accessories, and functional wares.

Find me on Instagram at @lisa.kraushaar for more of my process, the radical things I make, and objects/artists I find alluring. Much of my work doesn't make it to Etsy, but if you see anything you like I can probably make it for you.

Radicals was born in 2008 on the F train, between Manhattan and Brooklyn. I was studying Jewelry Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and exhausted working 12 hour days. I was frustrated at capitalism for no longer paying writers, but really excited about metalsmithing. Radicals stems from my hope to participating in an economy that prizes people and creativity over profits.

I wish everything could be free but I have two (cat) mouths to feed and I still haven't escaped #capitalism.

That said, 50% of proceeds from my brass nugget necklace go to Planned Parenthood.

If you'd like 20% of your purchase price to go to an organization of your choice, let me know and if the cause is within the radicals ethos I'm happy to accommodate.

Pre-authorized organizations include:
ACLU
Southern Poverty Law Center
Planned Parenthood
Any branch of the ASPCA
Doctors Without Borders
350.org
Others as they come!
