Announcement    21/03/23 - CUSTOM ORDERS & PROCESSING TIMES:
From 5th April 2023, I will no longer be accepting custom orders and order processing times will increase to 3-5 days as I am expecting the birth of my first child and I will be taking parental leave. Although the shop will remain open - thanks to some kind helpers agreeing to dispatch any orders on my behalf - orders may only be dispatched once per week for the foreseeable future. We can now resume international delivery. However, any mail leaving the UK is now subject to delays. Royal Mail is experiencing a severe service disruption to international export services following the cyber attack a couple of weeks ago.

05/01/23 - ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOW TRACKED:
All international orders will be dispatched using a tracked service - no exceptions. We apologise for the additional cost but due to a lot of missing and delayed parcels, this is the best option for our business at this time.

Jewellery Care Tips

Remove your jewellery prior to showering, swimming, etc. Moisture, like water and steam, can tarnish and weaken your jewellery. If you do happen to get your jewellery wet, please dry it thoroughly.

Chlorine, detergents, cosmetics, hair products and perfumes can are also damaging. Remember, jewellery is the finishing touch to your look, so be sure to put it on last!

After wear, please wipe your jewellery clean using a soft cloth to remove any potentially damaging substances that it may have picked up.

Please store your jewellery in a clean, dry place, away from sunlight.

Custom Embroidered Patches

Please email me to enquire about arranging something custom, but please note, I am very selective about which projects I choose to accept. This is due to my chronic illnesses limiting the amount of time and energy I can put into my embroidery. Please do not be offended if I politely decline your request.

Vintage: What to expect

We stock ‘true vintage’; meaning that each piece is 20+ years old.

Please be aware that vintage items (even new old stock) are not ‘new’ and signs of age and wear (marking, fading, etc) can be expected. Any finds with major flaws will have them noted in the individual item descriptions - so please read all listing information carefully.

There’s usually no more than a handful of each vintage find available - in fact, in most cases there’s just one available. If you have your eye on something, don’t sleep on it. Grab it while you see it or you may miss out. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Our Packaging

Whenever possible, orders will be packaged with recyclable materials. Orders are typically packaged in a ‘large letter’ cardboard box, with paper tape and tissue paper. Bubble wrap may also be used, however, we use special biodegradable bubble wrap - it’s literally green!
