About

minimalist jewelry | sustainable metal | CA made

I first made jewelry as an undergraduate at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in the early 90s. I loved being able to design my own pieces and create lasting, wearable art out of metal. After I graduated, I moved to Australia to study at the College of Fine Arts, UNSW. I worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney and the J. Paul Getty Center in Los Angeles for nearly a decade before I returned to metal arts. Coming back to jewelry making after such a long break has been amazingly fun. I'm able to enjoy the process so much more than before and I really look forward to quiet, contemplative moments in the studio making jewelry.
