i did not receive my package till 8/13 and when i did the color of the material looked like it had been sitting in a window and it was faded.

Honest & worked with me on refund for overage in shipping... Great quantities & personalized attention when she contacted me during a trying time to be sure I could send a photo of the shipping overage. Nice Seller & would most definitely work with again~ Immediate refund once I sent photo! ~:) great seller...

All international custom fees are to be payed by the customer.
Unfortunately I cannot replace or issue refunds for any international orders that are lost or not delivered. I can provide a receipt of shipping via email but since I am unfamiliar with the postal services of other countries I cannot be held responsible for their mistakes. If you would like to insure your order please let me know and I'll be happy to invoice you for the cost of the insurance.
If you are choosing to pay with check please understand that I will not start creating your order until your check has cleared. Obviously this could drastically increase your wait.
Please do not purchase an item if you do not intend to pay for it or might change your mind. I will only cancel orders under extreme circumstances as it involves a lot of time, work and headache to undo everything and clear things up with etsy and paypal.
If you desire to upgrade your shipping to priority mail up to 6 yards will fit in a flat rate envelop in the US that is 5$ to Canada and Mexico that is 9$ and to all other country it is 11$. If you wish to upgrade just let me know and I can invoice you the difference in shipping.

I leave feedback 99% of the time, but sometimes it takes me a while to get to it. By policy I wait until I know that international orders have arrived to leave feedback and for most domestic I leave it a bit after I have mailed the order sometimes sooner sometimes later depending on how busy I am. If feedback is really important to you and you'd like it sooner than later please let me know and I'll get to yours as soon as I ship.
