I ♥ custom orders and would be happy to do so on a case by case basis. Standard customization fee is $25. All customs are on a first come, first serve basis and I typically have a wait list during holiday/peak months (Jan-Mar and Oct-Dec).

When logged in to Etsy you can access your downloads page directly by clicking on your account ("You") then "Purchases and Reviews". Find your RA ELEMENT purchase and click the "Download Files" button.

{Note: Etsy utilizes pop-up windows for downloads so you may need to enable that feature if you have pop-ups blocked in your settings. Larger files take longer to "pop-up" and prompt for download so it's best to download one file at a time rather than starting multiples.}

For best quality I recommend using a laser printer. If you don't have one, print shops like Office Depot and Staples will gladly print what you need. Call your local store for their email address to send them the file along with instructions on how you want it printed OR take it to them in person on a USB flash drive. I recommend Office Depot because you can easily order your prints online and have it waiting at your local store for pickup.

♥ For planner inserts, 28-32 lb paper is best as it is thicker than traditional copy paper and accepts inks and stamping well.

Due to Etsy's size limitations, most of my "Collections" will come with a PDF that has a link to the Goodnotes sticker file and in some cases will also contain the link to the zip PNGs if the file is too large to attach in Etsy.

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE GOODNOTES FILE:
★ open the goodnotes app
★ import the goodnotes file by tapping the plus sign to create a new document and choose import
★ use the lasso tool to select any part of a sticker then press and hold to copy; press and hold at a different location to paste
★ to rotate/resize/move/crop, tap the image icon then tap once on any sticker to select then rotate/resize/move or press and hold to crop
