Refunds and Exchanges are accepted. Please convo us if you are unhappy with your item and we will do what we can to make things right. We describe the items in our shop accurately and honestly. If you have ANY questions, please ask.

We accept PAYPAL ONLY. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders that are not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled and negative feedback left for the buyer.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment, so be sure to click the Paypal link and send your payment after placing your order on Etsy.

PLEASE NOTE: If actual shipping totals less than what you pay, the shipping difference will be REFUNDED via PayPal. If the shipping is more, you got yourself a deal! Please convo us with questions!

While your package may often arrive in a spakin' new box...we do try to reuse boxes as much as possible to keep them from the landfill or from having to recycle them. So keep your eyes peeled for your package! You never know what it's going to look like! :)

All items ship USPS first class. If you would like us to upgrade the shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing a listing.

All orders will ship within 1-5 business days from receipt of purchase. Please contact us before you purchase if you would like expedited shipping.

Over sized items will ship UPS ground.

Currently, we ship only within the United States. However, we are willing to provide quotes on shipping internationally. Please convo us for a quote!

LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES: We can not be responsible packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to pay the extra fee to have your package insured or for tracking, please contact us to adjust your shipping fee prior to completing your purchase. If something arrives damaged, please contact us for repair options.

All our items are handmade in the clean, smoke-free home that I share with my family and small dog.
