Rae Studios Fine Soaps and Textiles

Rae Studios first began long ago in Brooklyn, New York as a way to combat the wave of unemployment that was washing over NYC's creative industries. The shop has had many permutations and gone through many variations. At its core, Rae Studios has always been committed to unique handmade items.

Now located in the tropical paradise at the base of the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Jamaica, Rae Studios Fine Soaps and Textiles has incorporated the craftsmanship and aesthetic of the local landscape. All products offered on this site are handmade using the best natural and local materials. Items are produced in small batches and are truly one of a kind. All artisans working with Rae Studios have a commitment to best ecological practices when collecting raw materials and are devoted to their craft.

Ours is a story of travel, a story of commitment, a story of transformation, a story of love.
Thank you for coming on this journey with us.

One Love,
C. Rae Breneisen
