ragandstone is taking a short break

Note from shop owner Hello and thanks for stopping by! For the moment, I'm taking a quick break from the studio in favor of cold rivers and backcountry spaces, moonlit whiskey, and friends with backpacks. I'll be back next week!

Cheers, Erin

About ragandstone

Sales 1,340
On Etsy since 2009

Big Sky, Tiny Space.

The bungalito, or the baby bungalow. That's where I work. It's a little building in my backyard, just a stone's throw from the kitchen table and the coffee press. I am delighted and invigorated to be a full-time studio artist, and hope you find a little glow and goodness from the things I create!

I've been creating metalwork for 10 years now in the sweetest Northwest corner of Montana. I build pieces of jewelry for wild-hearted, graceful, and smart-ass women. I love zesty souls, and hope you find yourself in the midst of them all the time. I'm constantly finding inspiration in our vivacious mother nature and the sometimes harsh climate we as women and adventurers find ourselves in.

I build everything by hand and use only the best stones I can get my hands on, and hope you see quality and love in everything I do. I'm honored and proud to be a full-time maker in rural Montana. I couldn't do it without you, so thank you for being here!

Cheers. Erin Hawley

Welcome to Rag and Stone!
I have two types of items in my shop:

One-of-a-Kind items: Just that....one of a kind! I create from the heart, usually from a story or experience of the woods and wild here in Montana, and I usually work in a short series, exploring the idea in stone and silver. If you don't get a chance at that something that makes your heart sing, I am a true believer that you WILL meet your match. I have no retirement plans in the future *wink* and you WILL find that perfect soul-singing silver and stone.

Made-to-Order items: The item I have listed I will gladly make for you and mail to you *give or take* 5-7 business days, but usually I am quicker than that. These are usually also part of this exploration of series and story as well.

I absolutely stand by my business and the work I do as a jeweler and studio artist.
I take great pride and care in the design and construction in the work itself, as well as the assembly, wrapping and shipping of all my jewelry. I hope you see the love and care put into this small business, each piece as a part of who I am.

If you for any reason are unhappy with your purchase, Please contact me and we can work something out. Jewelry purchases, especially online, can be hard if you don't know your size etc. and I try and give accurate dimensions of all my work. Please contact me if you are unsure of size BEFORE you purchase. I try and give the best possible descriptions and photos of my work to help you with your decisions, so if you have ANY questions about size, color, texture, or finish, PLEEEASE don't hesitate to contact me.

I am currently unable to attend to custom requests.

If your piece comes damaged in the process of shipping, PLEASE CONTACT ME! I insure ALL domestic shipping, so would like to take it up with the post office when applicable.
I accept all Etsy payments and Paypal.
Thanks for your understanding.
I currently ship USPS Priority in a small flat-rate box. This service costs $7, and includes $50 insurance. If you'd like me to insure for your full amount, please let me know, and I'd gladly do so at your expense.
