Making by hand is my life's passion and obsession
Clay is addictive, I fell in love with ceramics as soon as I discovered it. I studied for a total of six years, in art & design and to gain my BA (hons) Ceramics. Making functional thrown pottery, large handbuilt decorative pots, conceptual works, large figurative sculpture or small sculptures and beads for body adornment, experimentation and the ceramic process has always fascinated.
Now for my Ragged Robyn Etsy shop; working in this relatively small scale (for ceramics) enables me to develop shapes that would otherwise take weeks or months to perfect. The process and development of form is what keeps me making. The thrill of making something from nothing. My hands alone have taken an idea to the clay- to ceramics- to glazed bead/pendant and can go out to others to explore their own creative buzz.

Returns and exchanges
If you want me to 'hold' any orders to post on subsequent weeks then please let me know and I will not post the order/s until you give me the thumbs up.
I cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost in shipping.
If you are not happy with your purchase once it arrives then please let me know and when the item has been returned I will issue a full refund minus postage.
Payment
I am happy to offer you installment payments for more manageable chunks
there is no extra charge for this service.
The total cost can be divided up into 2 or 3 weekly fortnightly or monthly payments.
with a maximum payment time of 12 weeks.
the first installment will be due within the first 48 hrs.
Please when you contact me to request a payment plan help me out
by stating clearly
- how many payments 2 or 3
-if you want to make them weekly, fortnightly or monthly
and be sure that you are prepared to pay the first installment within 48hrs
Failure to meet the payment dates will result in the cancellation of the plan and all payments are non refundable. This is commitment between us, I appreciate your cooperation.

I send using Royal Mail's International Airmail. I can not accept responsibility for it after posting with this option. If you require a more secure postal service, please convo me to discuss your requirements and additional cost.
