Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me about any item that arrives damaged or any item that never arrives, and I will see what I can do to try to work with you to replace the item or help you to receive damages from the post office or something of this sort.
Additional policies and FAQs
My dolls and nodders were not designed as a toy for a small child. They have small buttons and other items that can be pulled off and swallowed causing a choking hazard. Children also grab the doll by its hair to carry it around, and the doll's hair can be pulled out, nor are my dolls washable. I cannot be held responsible for any doll that is given as a gift to a small child.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to make a Sugar Glider Bonding Pouch?

When your new sugar glider pet arrives at your home, I know that you want to get bonding with it very quickly so just about any pouch that you see in my store is ready to ship out the next day after an order comes in.

How do I launder my Sugar Glider Bonding Pouch?

Either wash it by hand or put it in a lingerie bag and wash it with like colors in the washing machine. Hang it up to air dry. Do not dry it in a dryer.

Do you own and know how to care for Sugar Gliders?

No. I have allergy induced asthma and cannot be around them. The only pet I have is a 10 year old Yorkie named Holly.

Where did you learn to sew?

My Mom taught me! When I was 14 my Mom helped me sew a set of twin dolls for a present for my little sister.

I also learned a lot about making my own patterns from my Mom. When my first daughter was born she would look at cute baby outfits in a magazine, and cut Angie out little outfits just from looking at the pictures, and then she would give them to me to sew together.

How did you get started making Sugar Glider Bonding Pouches?

My daughter used to raise Sugar Gliders, and she asked me to help her design a bonding pouch with no exposed seams. After I helped her design the bonding pouch she started a business making them to sell, and for a while I helped her sew them when she got big orders.

She decided to go back to work in 2014, and she sold all her sugar gliders out, and turned the bonding pouch business over to me. I have been making them ever since.
