All of my porcelain is handmade by me, start to finish. In the spectrum of clays, porcelain is very strong. However, it's not like the Corningware dishes you may have in your cupboard. Please handle pieces with care to avoid chipping or breaking them. All pieces are safe for the dishwasher. Some are microwave safe and others are not, also, some are oven safe, and others are not. Please be sure to read the description of the piece for more information.
Payment can be made through Pay Pal. Once payment has been processed, I will ship your piece off to you.
These pieces are fragile and require extra care when they are packed for shipping. They need to be well wrapped and in some cases, double boxed. This can lead to very high shipping costs at no fault to me. I try my best to get the best rates for my customers. If you have concerns regarding shipping rates, please convo me and I will see what I can do. Also, if you have been overcharged, I will refund you the difference through pay pal.
All items are sent through Canada Post. This can take up to 15 business days if going to Canada or the U.S. and overseas orders may take considerably longer, up to 12 weeks in some cases. Please take shipping times into account when ordering your pieces.
If you require faster delivery, please notify me and I will send you an updated shipping quote.
Pieces are well packed and sometimes double boxed to help protect against breakage. Sometimes though, those posties can get a little carried away in handling packages and bad things can happen. Should you find your pieces broken upon receiving them, please let me know within 7 days. I will guarantee my pieces to arrive in one piece and should the unspeakable happen, I will replace pieces. Please note, however, you will need to send me a digital image of any breakage to receive a replacement.
Lost packages can sometimes happen. Please understand that this is through no fault of mine. Canada Post requires 45 days to pass before they will investigate any lost packages. If you have not received your piece after 45 days, please contact me so that I can send out a replacement and file a claim with the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry folks, no refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return it to me.
If you find that your piece has been broken in shipping, fear not! I will replace anything damaged in shipment, but you will need to send me a digital image of any breakage within 7 days of receiving your items in order for me to send a replacement.
I may not always have an extra item on hand right away and sometimes replacements may take 2 to 3 weeks. Sorry, But I can only make things so fast...
