When returning items, you will only be refunded (on case by case basis) for the actual product itself and not shipping charges.
Shipping
All items are wrapped in tissue paper with my business card attached! The tissue paper makes the item perfect for giving as a gift!

Shipping is first class with USPS and includes tracking, which is e-mailed to you when I ship your package.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders - I love custom orders! Please send me a private message with your ideas and we will work together to create something that represents you 100%! All items $20 or less will not require a deposit for custom work. However, any items $20 + will require a non-refundable 50% deposit before I start on it. The balance of the remaining 50% will be due upon completion before I ship.

*All custom orders are non-refundable*
