Returns and exchanges
Not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. Insurance is the buyer's responsiblity. The buyer assumes the cost of return shipping an item to me.
Payment
I accept PayPal and personal check with prior approval.International orders by PayPal only. A custom order will not be started until payment clears. A ready to ship item will ship once payment has also cleared. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on custom orders. Custom items cannot be returned unless an error takes place on my end.Ready to ship items cannot be cancelled only returned. No returns or cancellations unless I'm at fault on interanational orders.
Shipping
I ship by USPS unless otherwise arranged. I usually charge a flat rate shipping to cover supplies, gas, etc. Insurance and confirmation are available at customers request. International shipping rates are available by request only.

I will combine shipping, check the listing for the shipping cost of the second item.
