I only accept Paypal.

All special orders need to be paid in advance, before I start and/or finish the requested item. I assure you though, that all custom orders will be created with the same amount of care and precision as all my other items!

All orders will be sent in padded envelopes.

Prices for shipping also include packaging.

All international mail will be sent as registered mail from the Austrian Postal Service (Österreichische Post AG). The tracking number will be added to the shipping notification, so you can keep track of where your item is at any time.

International mail can arrive in a week, or take up to three weeks, depending on the destination.

As of April 2014 there's free shipping for all orders within Austria.

All items available in my store are made by me, in a 100% smoke-free environment. I have a cockatiel, and two fluffy bunnies, but apart from the occasional hair nothing has ever found its way into my work :-)

Some bracelets start and end in one or more braids, and others start with a buckle, and end in braids. Please read the info carefully: detailed lengths for the knotted part, the braids, and the entire bracelet are given for each item!

The way the buckle works is really simple: thread one braid through the buckle, slip it on your wrist, and tie a knot using the first and second braid. It's really easy to do one handed too :-)

If you fear the bracelet will not fit you because the knotted area is only 13 or 14 cm (5.5 in) long, don't worry! I assure all bracelets will fit around any wrist of up to at least 17 cm (6.4 in) because of the long ties at the end. All braids are approx. 12 cm long to ensure just that.

With every order you'll get a dainty braided surprise bracelet too, because I think surprise gifts are awesome ;-) They're adjustable too, so they'll fit all sizes.

Should you see something you like, but would prefer it longer/shorter, with different colours, with braids instead of a buckle etc. just send me a message. I love special orders, and I'll only too gladly set up a reserved listing especially for you.

I work full-time, so custom orders will usually take between 7 and 14 days before shipping.
