SHIPPING UPDATE: Raincity Prints is based in Vancouver, Canada. Standard shipping times around the world are still not being guaranteed by shipping providers due to new Covid protocols and heavy volume. Overseas orders are presently taking anywhere from 1-4 weeks (usually 1-2 weeks). USA can be from 1-3 weeks due to unexpected delays with USPS. I produce and ship your items within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. I will always do my best to get your order to you promptly, however its out of my control once it dispatches. Please note that Canada Post does not include tracking with standard Air Mail.
Here is some important shipping information for you this holiday season:
Please place orders as early as possible to allow for any possible Canada Post / USPS / Royal mail (etc) delays. Many postal services, including Canada Post, are not releasing 'ship by' dates this year. This means that I cannot supply you with concrete information on when your order needs to be in the mail in order to receive it on time.
BELOW ARE *2019* HOLIDAY (CHRISTMAS) SHIPPING DEADLINES. Use this as a guide, adding approximately 1-2 weeks travel time to accommodate for any 2021 delays, particularly if you're ordering holiday cards to send!

Delivery takes on AVERAGE 2-5 business days within Canada, 6-10 business days for US delivery and 7-15 business days for international. Mailing upgrades may be purchased. If you are in the US or Canada and your item is an 8x10" print or greeting card, you can purchase a shipping upgrade (3 day expedited) at this link: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/192827473/expedited-shipping-upgrade-raincity?ref=shop_home_listings
This does not apply to international orders or larger prints. Please contact me if you have any questions in this regard.

Sizing details
A majority of my prints are listed as a standard 8x10 inch format, but they may also be purchased in a variety of sizes. Alternate sizes are available here:

If you find North American sizes silly and would like an A4 print instead of an 8x10" print, please contact me directly. It can be arranged!
Custom and personalised orders
I love custom orders! Please contact me directly with your wishes and I can give you pricing. Please let me know your location so that I can quote you in your own currency and give you accurate sizing and shipping details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
