Pendent was nice but the chain was cheap. The clasp was very thin aluminum dog tag style and it wouldn't stay closed.
Handmade Art Jewelry Shop Rainnua
I started my first Etsy shop back in 2011 combining my 3 loves: art, graphic design, and jewelry. After my beautiful daughter Amelia was born I started asking myself, "who do I really want to be?" I knew immediately that I wanted her to see me as an independent artist making a living with my passion. Today I am a single mother supporting my family entirely with the income I make on my handmade art pendants.
My background started when I was 4 years old and developed an obsession with drawing horses, unicorns, and pegasus. Through the years I explored all the different art styles leading up to collage when I begin my studies in Computer Graphics Design. Although I loved every aspect of design I was absolutely smitten with typography and web design. While working as a freelance web designer I decided to start a shop on Etsy doing something a little more... real. As much as I love the world of technology I knew I needed an outlet for my more artistic and crafty side. My idea was simple- I wanted to turn tiny paintings into wearable works of art. Within a year I had to quit work as a web designer because my shops were just too busy to do both.
In this shop I sell art pendants made from my own design work, the amazing artwork of other talented Etsy artist, old paintings, vintage imagery, and more. My other Etsy shop, "Cells/Dividing" combines art jewelry made of my tiny pen & ink drawings, watercolor paintings, and my own original typography & design work.
