Rainy Days & Wooly Dogs is my contribution to the exciting world of Indie Dyed yarns and fiber. I have a profound love of knitting and just recently got my first wheel and fell instantly in love with spinning.

I am a stay at home mom of 4. They keep me on my toes! I taught myself how to knit as a way to keep sane while still being able to watch the kids. I think it is the perfect craft. It's portable and productive and I try to convert everyone I meet :)

I love dyeing yarns and fiber and using wool as my canvas. It always amazes me how you can get such unique and varied results even in the same batch of hand painted yarns. They are all each individual works of art. I love it and I hope that you will love them too!

Currently, I only accept payment via Paypal. I would really appreciate it if you pay on the same day as your purchase. However, I do understand that this is not always possible. Therefore, you have up to three days to make your payment, please contact me if this is not enough time and other arrangements may be made on as needed basis after contacting me.

I reserve the right to void any sales of which I see fit and payment will be returned in full if I do so and you will be contacted by me as well.

Reselling of my products for profit is prohibitted by me and all people doing so will be refunded immediately and sales will be canceled as I see fit. Please be respectful of my time, art and dedication to creating my products.
I try to ship within 3 business days of receiving payment for your order within the United States.This sometimes isn't always possible with 4 kids but I do try to ship as soon as I can after payment has been made. I ship first class domestic and first class for international orders. We do ship some Priority mail in boxes, depending on the item and will also bump your package up to priority mail depending on how many items were purchased at a time. Please check each auction for exact shipping quotes. Within the United States shipping can take as many as 7 days from the date of shipping to be received depending on where you are located. For international and Canadian orders it may take as long as 2 weeks for items to arrive depending on customs and the postal service.

I always combine shipping whenever possible. If you've bought and paid for more than one item, I will refund the extra shipping costs via Paypal when I've processed your payment.

I will ship all items to the address listed in Paypal unless contacted by the buyer to make other arrangements. Please make sure to include a note to seller if you need a package delivered to an address other than the one listed in Paypal. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me! I understand that purchasing yarn online can be difficult, given the variations of colors on different computer monitors. If you purchase yarn or roving that you would like to return, please notify me within 7 days of receipt of the item and I will provide you with details for returning the item. Returns must be in original condition and shipped to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

To avoid abuse, the buyer will have to pay for the return shipping and use a tracking number and/or insured mail. I am not responsible for return packages that have been lost in the mail.

I will refund via Paypal the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee to cover Etsy and Paypal fees as well as coverage for potential sales time lost.

If you feel that the item was grossly misrepresented and wasn't what you expected please contact me and we can discuss an exchange or revoking the restocking fee.
