We found each other by the end of the hot summer of 2011. Life long creators, we immediately created our precious daughter Violeta and never left eachother's sight since then. By now, the family has grown to add our sunny boy Ravi.
While our love florished also did our desire to work together, so we decided to devise Raiz Violeta and to find ways to integrate our arts.
We like to enrich every piece that comes out from our hands with happy loving thoughts and just love to imagine them flying away to their new homes, beeing worn by someone we don't know but who carries a part of our essence.
Created in joy, our pieces become little amulets that bring joy to whoever wears them.

Raiz Violeta is dedicated to making completely unique and quality decorations pieces to adorn your body. All of the designs are original, inspired by nature, our life experiences and inspirational cristals. We thrive to always use the best quality materials!
Purchases come well packaged for safety and cased in a beautiful handmade origami box. If you desire something even more special, just leave us a note.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
However, if your order fails to meet your expectations and you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please convo as soon as possible before returning the item or leaving feedback.
Returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition and sent back within 3 days of beeing received.
Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the merchandise (we will not refund the shipping cost or fees associated with Etsy).
We are also welcome to exchanges. We will happily exchange for any item of equal value at no cost other than shipping.
Payment
However, if another payment method is being considered, we will try to work it out smoothly for both sides (in case of portuguese buyers, bank transfer will be acceptable, just send a convo).
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. All payments must clear within paypal before any item is shipped.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through CTT (portuguese postal services) registered express air mail unless otherwise arranged.
We also provide insurance by request, so please include instructions during checkout and a revised invoice for postage/insurance will be sent.
We send out packages 24 hours after receipt of payment (except on «made to order» items).
We combine shipping for multiple items, thus decreasing the total cost of the order.
All buyers should specify a preferred shipping address, whenever etsy and paypal addresses do not match or when shipping to a different address is desired.
