Hi everyone! I'm Chesa, the Ramblin' Woman behind Ramblin' Woman Silver. My journey into jewelry making started many years ago when I sold handmade bracelets and necklaces at my lemonade stand as a kid. Over the years, craft store beads graduated to finer mediums but until recently, making high quality jewelry, like the rings and cuffs I've been collecting for so long, had only been a dream. In late 2016 and early 2017 I took classes at a local gallery and studio to learn the art of silversmithing and I continue to learn through practice, literature and the wonderful silversmithing community I've met this past year.

A Rambin' Woman is one who wanders around and can't settle down. She travels from town to town and does what she pleases. I have been a self proclaimed Ramblin' Woman for many years, gypsying all over the country trying to find the meaning of It All; and so Ramblin' Woman Silver was born. My designs are inspired by the many places I've lived and traveled, the experiences I've had while there, and the people I've met along the way. Ramblin' Woman Silver's designs are heavily influenced by the traditional Native American designs I fell in love with many, many years ago, matched with my own personal flair.

I put a lot of love and thought and hard work into every piece of jewelry I make. I use quality materials and source all of my stones from skilled lapidary artists. Every piece of jewelry I make is a piece of me and I hope you love them as much as I do. For now this is only my side hustle but I'm hoping one day, with your help, it can be my main hustle!

Thank you so much for supporting me and supporting handmade!

Care instructions

How you care for your jewelry will increase or decrease the life of it. Some stones are more fragile than others. Damage can occur to your jewelry if trauma occurs to the piece such as dropping, bumping, etc. I recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, swimming, and washing your hands. I do what I can to make your jewelry durable, but proper care can ensure its longevity.

Sterling silver will tarnish and show wear over time. Polishing can fix this. I recommend Sunshine polishing cloths which can be found at jewelry stores or online.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my pieces are shipped in boxes that are great for gifting. If you are sending your piece as a gift please let me know and I will send a personalized note in shipment.
