Weird, strange, macabre, blasphemous, and horrifyingly cute crocheted objects for you and yours. Definitely not your grandmother's crochet shop (unless she's really cool).

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely LOVE it. I got the golfer Meeseeks. Worth every penny. Poor little guy is still around... it's probably getting weird for him.

About ramenneedles
Ramen Needles was born out of a need to eat and a lot of practice with yarn.
While my grandmother does know how to crochet, it was actually my ex-boyfriend's mother who taught me how to back in 2008 or 2009, which is probably for the best considering the patterns I tend to crank out. My first scarf was the ugliest thing known to man and his mom still has it, I'm moderately sure. Never being content with being mediocre at something, I have continued to crochet for five or so years now (which is CRAZY to think about).
People told me they would pay for me to make things and they would usually ask me to make the same things over and over again. Truth be told, I get more excited at the prospect of making new things. I love to make my own patterns and I love when I get to make things that are jokes.
Starting this shop has helped me pay for meals in the past two or three years, legitimately. It has helped me through college. I thank everyone that has helped out by purchasing something since I've been in business. I haven't had as much time as I would like to devote to it (since, you know, college), but it's really great when I can go to a craft fair and see people get excited over the stuff I've made.
I've turned his passion for yarn and making things into a solid blog with a lot of free patterns! If you're interested in checking that out, check out www.ramenneedles.com

Owner
Kelley has been crocheting since at least 2009 and was not taught by her grandmother, but rather her ex-boyfriend's mother, which is for the best considering some of the patterns that she manages to crank out. Sometimes she does stand up comedy.
