Announcement    Shipping Times: Currently, Fall and Winter of 2022, our shipping time is about 3-5 business days after you place your order. During the Holidays, usually starting in September and ending at Christmas time, the shipping times will increase to 3-10 days. So keep that in mind and order enough product and with plenty of time. This happens every year. So plan accordingly.

Turnaround times are just estimates and may vary a bit from what is listed. If you have not gotten an email with a tracking #, then your item has not shipped. All of our items ship for FREE in Contiguous US.
So shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will be extra and not included in the free shipping.
Lightweight items under 1.5 lbs ship USPS. Medium to heavy weight items ship by Fedex Ground or Home.
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, so please provide a physical shipping address.

Claims, Refunds and Replacements: Please keep in mind that any claims, damages, etc will only be honored up to 30 days after purchase was made. Please keep that in mind.
