Welcome to RANDOM ALLY'S etsy store.

Before purchasing please read our policies so there is no confusion on how things work. If you do get confused please don’t hesitate to contact us.

It is our aim at Random Ally to ensure that our product is ethically produced from start to finish. Our tees are manufactured in china by our Australian supplier, their production facilities are W.R.A.P certified, ensuring a sweat-shop free product and ethical work conditions. Each tee is made with cotton that grown sustainable environments and not grown in Australia, because we like it when water flows down the river Murray and feel that it would be irresponsible to use a product that our dry country can not sustain. We use non-toxic, water based paints that do not pollute our environment, our selves and our customers.
In all we believe that a few simple choices help our planet and its people live a better life, without compromising on the quality of our product

Returns and exchanges
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us at Random Ally if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to fault of the product, you may return it for exchange or refund, under the following strict guidelines.
1. The item is returned 100% as purchased, unworn, clean, unwashed and with all tags.
2. we are notified and the item is sent with a tracking device within 7 days of delivery
3. The costs incurred by returning the item are incurred by the customer.

If purchases are returned outside of these conditions, the item will be sent back to the customer with our refund or return.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the wrong item is sent to the customer
If an item is damaged in the post upon return we will not refund or exchange the item as it is the customer’s responsibility to package the item with care.
If an item is being exchanged due to a customer changing their mind or wanting a different size etc, they will be responsible for the costs of sending the exchanged item
We prefer Direct Deposit or PayPal
International buyers must pay via Pay Pal.
Australian buyers can pay Via Pay pal, cheque, money order, or direct debit. (Please indicate if you need account details)

Payment is to be made within 7 days
Stuff happens and we are willing to work with you if there are problems, but only if there is contact and we know what’s going on.
Unless otherwise arranged failure to pay within this time will result in a non payment report being made and the item being relisted.
Postage within Australia will cost $5 for the first item. Please get a quote for multiple orders or express etc.
We ship within 2 days of payment being received. 99% of the time it’s the next day.
You will be notified of your order being sent via email.
Delivery within Australia takes 2-7 days
Delivery everywhere else takes 7-14 days

However we can’t be responsible for delays in shipping once your purchase leaves our hands.

By using paypal your purchase is insured, however if you require tracking, express post etc, please ask for a postage quote before paying.
