Welcome to Random Pretties. Here you will find a random assortment of pretties that I make when I'm not busy with my children.

All Random Pretties are made in my pet free smoke free home. Although I do not have cats, I know many many cats that have tested my cat toys and gave me the paws up on my products.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I offer full refunds on items that you are not satisfied with. Contact me if you are not satisfied and when you return the goods to me, I will refund you your money plus shipping.
Payment
I expect payment within 3 days of purchase. After this point, if payment is not made the transaction will be reversed and the item will be re-listed.

At this time I only except paypal payments. Fortunately paypal makes it really easy and convenient to set up an account. Visit www.paypal.com to set up an account today.
Shipping
Because of my busy schedule, I am only able to ship twice a week. I ship on Thursdays and Sundays. I ship via Canada Post and do not ship with a tracking number unless the customer requests it and has agreed to pay the extra costs. If you would like tracking, please convo me so that I can get you an accurate quote before you pay.

Because I do not ship with a tracking number, I cannot be responsible for shipments that get lost or stolen. Thankfully that rarely happens :)

If you need a particular item shipped sooner then the days I ship, please contact me and I'm sure I can work something out for you.
