Beautiful doll and carrier. I was not expecting the mouse, but was so pleased to see he had been sent along. Her head is turned a bit to the right as opposed to looking straight ahead -- this is a minor issue. My daughter loves Rosie and Maus. The carrier is adorable and washes well. Thank you so much

You will be refunded any shipping costs you were charged that were not used in the shipping of your package.
Your order will be shipped promptly. You will receive a confirmation email when you have payed for your order and when your order has been shipped.
I accept all international orders, but will ship to the address Paypal gives me unless otherwise notified by the buyer. Customs forms will be filled as clearly and simply as possible to allow for the most likely chance of successful package receipt. If there is a difficulty shipping your package, I will notify you and issue a full refund. If your international package does not make it through customs, I will refund the purchase price. Should the package be returned to me in this instance (or another instance), you may choose to receive issued a refund of the purchase price or discuss reshipping or shipping to another address if possible. If a package is lost, the insurance with the shipping carrier will pay for your refund. If a package fails to reach its destination because of buyer negligence (for instance an incorrect address given at checkout or a long absence from home), you will absorb the cost of reshipping. In all other cases, I will absorb reshipping costs.
Note that your order is no longer under my control once physically shipped. I will do all that I can to ensure it makes its way to you safely and to help you in the process should it not, but I have no control over the package's route or safety along that route. All other lost or damaged packages should be handled through the shipping carrier.
Refunds and Exchanges
Goods which was made especially for the customer or clearly tailored to personal needs is non-returnable.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicatet by your acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other tahn the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us
without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
