The piece was one of the 1st listings from 8 years ago and could not be found (not sold to someone else) I offered a replacement of better quality and higher value for the same price but said customer failed to respond, I gave a picture of the new one and an option of taking the new one or a complete refund, I waited a couple of days for a response and finally ended up doing the refund because of compliance rules with Etsy. This is only 1 star rating all others have been 5 star, I'm sorry this happened. Dennis
