Hi there! We are thrilled you could stop by and visit Rascals and Divas! We are a mother-daughter team who love to design and create children's clothing and accessories. While my daughter is only a whopping five years old, she provides all the inspiration and enjoys helping select fabrics and trims for our designs...so fun!!! <3
We began selling in children's boutiques five years ago under our original label and are so excited to set up shop here at Etsy. We have been members of the Etsy community for more than 4 years now as a buyer with 100% positive feedback. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, unique designs and care of our customers. You will not find messy nests of glue on our accessories and clothing seams are professionally serged. We believe kid's clothing should be fabulous AND comfortable, made with love with the child in mind. We only use non-toxic materials...no dangerous adhesives here!

We accept direct credit card payments as well as PayPal, which processes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and payments through your checking account (if you have it linked.) You do not need a PayPal account to make payments through PayPal. Simply use your credit card and check out as a guest. All payments must be made within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. We are easy to work with, so just let us know if you need more time or if you would like a payment plan. :)
All items are hand-crafted with love in our smoke-free studio once payment is received. Accessories usually ship within 2-3 business days and clothing within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. We ship via USPS within the United States and Canada. We are not interested in making money off shipping. We find that annoying, don't you? Any excess shipping costs, provided it is more than chump change, will be refunded promptly. Please note: we are not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance (we highly recommend it!) please let us know. We will consider shipping to other countries but please contact us first so we may give you a shipping quote (that includes tracking and insurance) prior to purchasing so there are not any surprises on either end. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your order! If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us so we may work with you to fix the issue. We will accept returns or exchanges for unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of shipment. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will either ship out the new item(s) in the event of an exchange or refund your purchase price, minus the shipping.
Please note: personalized items may not be returned unless we made an error, like sending the wrong size (which would be very rare, we assure you!) In such an event, we will promptly ship you the correct size once we receive your return. You will not be charged shipping and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be refunded.
