5 out of 5 starsAbsolute perfection. I've bought several pieces from Rattamatatt and I keep coming back. The fabrics are all unique and interesting, plus if you can't quite find what you want she will order in fabrics for you. The sizing is true to fit. It's also super easy to add customisation so the piece works for you.

About rattamatatt
i love to make...
My story is as simple as saying I love to sew. But I guess it's more than that, I love to source fabric, I love the patternmaking, cutting, sewing and finishing.
The process of making a garment for someone to wear and enjoy makes me so happy.
I started rattamatatt because I felt there was a need for vintage style dresses using modern fabrics. A unique shape or print was harder to come by and shops were selling the same old thing. There was a need for classic shapes that were flattering to the female figure and also gave a nod to the years gone past.
I like that rattamatatt offers unique styles, that are not mass produced, so that my customers can feel special and individual.
I sew in the wee hours of the night when my little ones are asleep and love that time to myself where I can personalise a design or shape to suit a particular customer if needed.

My name is Kathryn and I run rattamatatt from my home studio on the South Coast of NSW, Australia. I love fabrics, colours, flowers, nature, ice-cream and Gin ... that's a pretty well rounded combination!
