While Raven is frequently busy working on assignments for his clients, Deirdre tends to the details of print sales. Please don't hesitate to convo us if you have any questions for either of us.

Returns and exchanges
If a print is damaged (bent, smeared, stained, etc) upon arrival, please let us know so that we may work with you to figure out a way to address the issue.
We accept PayPal and credit cards for all purchases. $1 will be added to PayPal purchases to offset their fee.

We will gladly accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders. Prints will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

If we don't receive your payment via Paypal, or receive a confirmation e-mail from you within 3 days of ordering, we will cancel the order. If there are extenuating circumstances delaying payment, be sure to contact us immediately so we can try to find a reasonable compromise.
Purchases of more than one print from this shop may allow us to reduce shipping costs.

We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. All shipments through the US Postal Service. Buyer can request another service if preferred, but buyer will be responsible for all costs.

We will ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise requested.

Shipping for un-matted prints will be $4.

Shipping for matted prints will be $8.

Large unmatted prints will be shipped in a well sealed mailing tube, all other prints will be sent in multiple layers of well sealed cardboard.
