Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

We will glady refund or exchange for items damaged in shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please send a photo of the damaged item to ravennagirls [!at] gmail.com and we'll discuss either full or partial refund. Please keep in mind that many of our items are vintage and have been well-loved, so we can only offer refunds for truly damaged pieces. We make every attempt to clean up each piece as best as we can before listing/shipping, so we can make no guarantees about condition.

Payment

We accept paypal as our sole means of payment. We would prefer payment within 72 hours of purchase, and we always wait to ship an item until we receive payment. Taxes are included in price.

Shipping

We list every item with parcel post domestic shipping (unless oversize or overweight), and media mail for books. We are happy to ship priority mail USPS upon request.

We try to keep our shipping costs down, but USPS Priority flat rate boxes are an easily solution. If you'd prefer this quicker shipping please include in a convo.

We also ship to all international destinations, just convo us to change your shipping price before Checkout.
