Hi, my name is Alexis and Raven Wren Designs is my second shop on Etsy. This shop combines my love of sewing with my love of vintage. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt. Whether it's the perfect fabric to complete a project or a funky wire basket waiting for a new home I strive to create unique items.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
U.S Residents- I accept paypal or US Postal Service money order. Paypal payment is due immediately and money orders are due within seven days.

Canadian, UK, and Australian Residents- I accept Paypal only at this time.

Do you offer holds? Yes, I can hold an item if you let me know in advance. I usually don't like to hold items longer than 2 weeks but I take this on a case by case basis.
Shipping
I ship via USPS Mail for all home accessories. Furniture items will be shipped via UPS Ground. I ship Tuesdays and Fridays only. My local post office is closed weekends. Items are shipped Priority or parcel post. If you need something by a certain date please convo me in advance so I can make sure I can accommodate.

I purchase delivery confirmation on all packages. Insurance is added (at my expense) for any item that may be breakable.
US Residents- I include delivery confirmation and insurance on ALL packages. Rest assured that your items will arrive safely or I will help process an insurance claim.

I ship all my items with recycled packaging when possible. Even tissue paper is saved from gifts and neighbors and friends have really helped in saving these things for me as well.

International Residents- Insurance and delivery confirmation are available but must be purchased separately. If you would like insurance please contact me for a quote.

Local to Santa Clarita? We can arrange a local pick up at our mutual convenience. This is a great option for those last minute gifts!
Refunds and Exchanges
I will do my best to keep my customers happy. Customers wishing to return an item must contact me within 48 hours of receiving their item. I will refund all costs except shipping. The item must be returned in the same manner and condition in which it was sent. Items must be returned priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

If an item arrives to you broken I will help you process the insurance claim on the package. Please send me a photograph of the broken item via text or email before it is discarded. Thank you!
