Returns and exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do so within 12 hours of payment. If you wish to cancel your order past this, I charge a $5 cancelation fee. However, if your order of a handmade item (specifically the screen printed flannels) has already been shipped I do not accept returns unless an item is noticeably damaged and the customer has purchased shipping insurance through USPS Priority Shipping. This accounts for the time/money I invest in each order. I really do put a lot of thought and preparation into each order!
For custom orders: I understand there are certain circumstances that lead to cancelations of custom orders. Because I invest additional capital in custom orders, I can only offer partial refunds. I refund the total of the purchase minus the total capital I spent on the materials for the order.
If you wish to receive an order by a certain date, please message me BEFORE purchase with the desired arrival date and I will do my best to accommodate you. Unless we agree to a shipment date prior to purchase, I do not guarantee arrival dates.
Tracking is included for all orders! Super convenient for everyone involved.
Tracking shipment for international orders may not be completely accurate, according to some prior experiences I have had. Call your local postal service/office to inquire if you experience this problem. Unfortunately once I bring the package to the post office, the shipping is out of my control.
