Hey! I'm Sapana - the owner, designer, photographer, and voice behind Real + Vibrant (https://realandvibrant.com/) and author of cookbook Plant Power Bowls (Sasquatch Books, 2019).
Over the past few years, I've spent a lot of time creating recipes for my food blog realandvibrant.com, Instagram @realandvibrant, and cookbook. I'm always using spices and herbs (both fresh and dried) to add flavor to my dishes.
